DodoGrid Terms of Service

Welcome to DodoGrid. Please read these Terms of Service before using the app, account, background image conversion service, or membership features.
Service
DodoGrid provides bead pattern creation, image-to-bead-grid conversion, bead color management, pattern editing, usage statistics, and export features. Some features can be used on your local device, while others require you to sign in or connect to a server.
Accounts
You may create an account with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your account, abuse free allowances, attack APIs, or bypass membership permissions.
Free Allowances and Membership Benefits
The current plan is: free users receive 5 image imports/conversions per day, 5 standard exports per day, and 2 1:1 PDF exports per day, and can save up to 50 local patterns by default; Pro users receive unlimited image imports/conversions, standard exports, 1:1 PDF exports, and local patterns. The specific allowances, prices, subscription periods, and benefits shown in the app and on the App Store product page apply.
Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Membership subscriptions and Lifetime Pro are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically under App Store rules unless you cancel through Apple ID subscription management. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Refunds, subscription cancellations, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.
User Content
You must ensure that images, patterns, and materials you upload or import do not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other rights. You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to process that content only as needed to provide image conversion, editing, export, and security services.
Do not upload illegal, infringing, or malicious files, or content intended to attack the service.
Background Image Conversion
By default, image processing is performed on your local device whenever possible. When you actively use the background image conversion service, the image is uploaded to a server for processing. The background conversion service may be limited by the network, server load, upload size, and security policies.
Cloud Backup
Cloud backup is an optional feature that you must actively start. To restore your creative environment, a backup may include bead projects, thumbnails, images embedded in projects, gallery organization, inventory, custom palettes, app preferences, and profile information. Before uploading, confirm that you have the right to process the included content, and keep local copies of important projects.
Prohibited Conduct
- Bulk account registration, API abuse, bypassing allowances, or falsifying membership status.
- Reverse engineering, attacking or disrupting servers, or scraping non-public APIs.
- Uploading malicious or oversized files, or exploiting image-processing vulnerabilities.
- Using DodoGrid to infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy.
- Using the service for illegal purposes.
Service Changes and Interruptions
We continually improve the service, but do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Maintenance, network failures, third-party service failures, or security incidents may make some features temporarily unavailable.
Disclaimer
DodoGrid aims to provide accurate bead color matching and export results, but colors may vary across brands, batches, screens, printing, and physical beads. Confirm the pattern and bead quantities yourself before starting a final project.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect losses, lost anticipated profits, data loss, third-party service issues, or infringement involving user-provided materials will not exceed the service fees you have paid.
Termination
If you violate these terms, we may restrict or terminate your account, suspend allowances, refuse background conversion requests, and retain necessary logs for security and compliance.
You may delete your account and associated cloud data in the app. Deleting your DodoGrid account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple. If you still have an auto-renewable subscription, cancel it first through App Store subscription management.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or the published page. Continued use of the service means that you accept the updated terms.
